Through our personalised quoting service, our experienced team is able to recommend the best size marquee for your event and take into consideration your guest list, desired floor plan and any extra spaces you’d like to consider such as lounging areas, bars and a dance floor.

As a rough guide, we recommend:

    10m x 12m, 65 - 90 guests

    10m x 15m, 90 - 110 guests

    10m x 18m, 110 - 135 guests

    10m x 21m, 135 - 150 guests

  • When choosing a marquee location, we recommend considering the size of the space available, parking accessibility or transport options, along with amenities such as electricity, water and bathroom facilities.

If you don’t know of any suitable spots, consider approaching any local venues such as country estates, wineries or even a neighbouring farm who have large grounds and would consider hosting your celebration.

  • Yes, in fact our marquees have to be installed by our trained staff. The price is included in your quote and ensures that all safety requirements are met. All you have to do is show us where you’d like it and sit back as your prepare for your big day!

  • Your quote includes a hire period of three days, although this can be flexible. We would typically set up the day before and dismantle the day after the event. If you require the marquee for a day after the event, please contact us and we will provide you with our extended rates.

  • Yes indeed! Our marquees are designed to withstand winds up to 100 kmph. If there is likely to be gusts over this, we will be on call to attach wire guide ropes along the long sides of the marquee. These guideropes will not hinder the access into and out of the marquee.

  • You are able to open up the sides of your marquee to allow for airflow which helps to cool the marquee throughout the summer months. Additionally, we also have some white roof panels that can provide additional shade if desired. Within the cooler winter months, we recommend using heaters to keep it cosy and moderating the temperature by keeping the side walls closed.

  • A council permit may be required, depending on the size of the marquee and the local council regulations. This is the hirer’s responsibility but we can assist if requested. If the wedding is on council land, you must contact your local council and gain permission prior to our setup.

  • We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. Your quote includes an estimated delivery and collection fee, this may be altered within 20% of the original delivery cost after the site inspection has been made.

  • Our marquees and furniture are transported in a truck or trailer, and our team needs to be able to gain access within 10 metres of your site in order to install and dismantle your event efficiently. Please let us know if there is any farm terrain or hard to reach locations that our team will have to cover so that we can come up with a suitable plan.

  • In order for our marquee to be safely installed, the ground needs to be relatively flat. If it slopes or dips in any way, please let our team know.

  • Absolutely! If you would like to use a ground that our anchorage pegs are unable to insert into, our team will use alternate weights such as concrete blocks or water barrels to secure the marquee - This will be an additional charge.
